  • Due to the nature of digital content (e-books, courses, downloadable resources, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Online Sessions & Consultations

  • Refunds are not available for coaching sessions, or healing services.

  • If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will accommodate your request.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions & Special Considerations

  • We may offer refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
